The position also works with newscast producers to create energetic, appealing and creative broadcasts that will increase ratings. The Executive Producer ensures script quality from producers, reporters, anchors and other contributors. The incumbent supervises all newscasts producers and conducts an annual performance evaluation to coincide with regular coaching sessions.
