Role Purpose: Promotions Producer / Editor for Sports -The Promotions Producer / Editor for Sports is responsible for On-location production supervision, Script writing, Editing and post production execution (PREDITOR), Tape logging-VO coordination and direction and Liaison with client groups (other depts.). Coordinate with other productions personnel directly involved in the production of the spots, including editors, graphic designers, audio engineers etc. Create: Conceptualize and bring new ideas to promote sport properties such as: World soccer, Mexican soccer league, NFL Football, boxing, sport related variety shows, Olympics and other mayor special events as requested by supervisors or client (s). Develop special treatments that will differentiate and give an edge to our properties. Provide on-line content and ideas.Execute: Liaison with client groups (other depts.) On-location production supervision Script writing, Tape logging Editing and post production execution (PREDITOR) VO coordination and direction Keep and organize archives of all assignment Work on Multiple projects at the same time Qualifications/Requirements Associate degree in Communications or related area of study. Minimum 3 years professional experience (or combination education and experience) in Networks, Cable TV, TV Production or the Post-Production industry. Proven record of Sports promotion production and campaigns executions. (From research, concept development, script writing and final edit.) Ability to work on other promotional genres (news daytime programming, specials and others) as needed). Strong Spanish language skills in both written verbal required. Must be able to write in broadcast format in Spanish. Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States Ability to work flexible hours that can include nights and weekends.
