Were hiring an Entry-Level Pre-Production Coordinator to support our screen printing and heat transfer production team. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in graphic design, production art, or apparel decoration workflows. Youll help organize files, assist with digital layouts, and make sure client artwork is prepped and ready for production.

If youre the type who enjoys being around the detailsespecially ones that end up printed on shirts, hoodies, and hatsthis is the kind of hands-on role where you can learn a lot, fast.

In This Role, Youll:

Prepare and organize digital art files for print
Help finalize screen print and heat press layouts with our design and production leads
Coordinate revisions and approvals from internal teams
Support print scheduling, digital checklists, and basic admin tasks
Assist with emails, calls, and production notes as needed

Youre a Good Fit If You:

Have solid organizational and multitasking skills
Communicate clearly in writing and in person (Spanish is a bonus)
Are familiar with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, or are ready to learn
Are curious about production art, screen printing, and how custom graphics become real-world products
Show up on time and follow through on details

Schedule & Availability

This is a full-time position with flexible hours (were open to discussing a schedule that works). Part-time to start is also an option with the goal of transitioning to full-time after a set period.
Occasional Saturdays as needed
Workday falls between 7:30 AM 5:00 PM
