What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards; develop and implement strategies to improve performance metrics.

• Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement and drive performance; monitor, analyze, and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve business objectives.

• Implementing safety protocols, enforcing safe operations, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Coordinating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime; identifying maintenance requirements and building purchase orders.

• Leading and mentoring production staff to achieve performance goals.

What Are We Looking For

• Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in mining, construction, or related industries.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; can translate guidance and intent into action.

• Ability to analyze and interpret production data and make recommendations on production and maintenance planning.
