What You'll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily quarry operations to ensure safety and efficiency.

  • Managing and coordinating the production team to meet production targets.

  • Implementing and maintaining quality control standards.

  • Monitoring equipment and scheduling maintenance to minimize downtime.

  • Ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

  • Night Shift 10PM-7AM

Essential Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years in aggregate production or at least 3 years in a supervisory role within a related industry.

  • Strong leadership abilities with clear, concise, and respectful communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain composure and professionally present information, responding effectively to questions.

  • Motivation and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with fluctuating shift schedules, extensive movement across the plant, and occasional lifting of heavy objects and working in confined spaces.

Work Environment

  • Work is performed in a quarry setting with exposure to varying weather conditions.

  • Requires physical activity, including walking, climbing, and lifting.

  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.

Physical Demands of the Job

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

  • Frequent standing, walking, and climbing.

  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.

  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

  • Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment.
