Production Associate**
**Job Description**
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for unloading drainage pipes of all sizes, trimming plastic excess, cutting to specifications, and coiling them into rolls. The role requires physical strength as you will routinely lift 30-40 pounds and work with a team to lift heavier parts up to 100 pounds. You must be comfortable maneuvering (push/pull) these heavier components.
**Responsibilities**
+ Unload and handle drainage pipes of various sizes
+ Trim excess plastic and cut materials to specified dimensions
+ Coil pipes into rolls for packaging
+ Utilize hand and power tools, including sawzalls, in operations
+ Participate in general production line tasks and machine operations
+ Package finished products efficiently
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in general labor, production line, or machine operation
+ Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and maneuver up to 100 pounds
+ Proficiency with hand and power tools
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in plastics manufacturing is advantageous
+ Prior machine operation experience is preferred

**Work Environment**
The work environment is non-climate controlled, being cold in the summer and hot in the winter. The facility is fairly organized and has recently installed a brand new production line. However, it can become cramped if excessive scrap plastic is produced. Shift hours are as follows: 1st shift: 7am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday), 2nd shift: 3pm-11:30pm (Monday-Friday), 3rd shift: 11pm-7:30am (Sunday-Thursday), with potential overtime added before/after shifts and every other Saturday as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of London, Ohio.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $21.50/hr.
