Lighting Technician / Stage Hand Washington Talent Agency - Rockville, MD (Serving the DC-Baltimore Area) Position Overview As a Lighting/Production Technicians, you will be responsible for: -Loading in and setting up professional lighting equipment -Operating and managing lighting during events to support the creative vision -Ensuring proper breakdown and safe load-out after events -Collaborating with planners and clients to ensure lighting meets design and performance goals Requirements: -Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license -Saturday availability is essential -Ability to lift 75 lbs or more -Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines -Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills -Operate and display video content on LED videowalls.
