Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Production Supervisor for their facility near the New Hampshire coast.
Job Specifications:
*This position is responsible for maintaining production within the plant, as well as ensuring safety and sanitary conditions are met.
*Will supervise approximately 30 direct reports on 2nd shift.
*Responsible for ensuring that production needs are met in a timely manner with minimal downtime
*Ensure quality standards are met and in accordance with customer specifications
*Involved with hiring and training of team members
Requirements:
*Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
*2+ years minimum of supervisory experience in manufacturing
*Must have some experience in consumer packaged goods, preferably food/beverage
*Open to 2nd shift (Monday-Friday/230pm-12am)
*Must be flexible during busy season to work on Saturday.
