Production Associate

Start your new career as a Production Associate with MAU at Magna Decostar in Piedmont, SC. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for manufacturing products according to company and client specifications and standards. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We Offer

• $16.77 - $17.52 per hour

• Day and night shift positions available

• Day Shift: 7AM - 7PM

• Night Shift 7PM - 7AM

• Overtime available

• Weekends and OT can be optional or mandatory

• High school diploma or GED

• Experience in paint finesse operations or the ability to learn paint finesse operations

• Previous production assembly experience (preferred)

• Required to stand, stoop, bend, walk, sit; use hands to handle, manipulate, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

What You'll Do as a Production Associate

• Review front and rear fascia for paint, molding, and handling damage defects per agreed upon inspection standards
• Complete paint finesse operations for defects and handling damage in a timely manner
• Follow work instructions to efficiently complete front and rear fascia assembly
• Operate standard assembly presses and error proofing equipment
• Perform other tasks as assigned
