Job Summary

WGLT and WCBU, the NPR member-stations in Normal and Peoria, IL, are looking to hire correspondents to report a variety of stories for our newsroom. Radio experience is preferred, but those with newspaper or TV backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. Hours are flexible based on your availability. Work can be performed at the WGLT or WCBU offices/studios or out in the field depending on the story assignment.

Salary Rate / Pay Rate

$22.00 per hour

Required Qualifications

Professional or student media experience in print or broadcast journalism.

Work Hours

Work hours are flexible and based on availability.
