Save Job Send to a friend EXPIRES: April 29, 2026 8:00 PM Production Manager ( No Pay with Profit Sharing and/or Deferred Pay Agreement ) Short Film Project - Info will be provided per request Staff & Crew Nonunion Short Film Drama Fantasy Science Fiction Location: Boston, MA Reporting to the Producer, the Production Manager will assist with a variety of pre-production, production and post-production tasks/needs. - Assist with locations scouting and coming up with leads that fall in line with budget - Assist with coordination of pre-production, production, and post-production needs/items - Assist with permitting, safety and protocols - Assist with crew recruitment and ensure that contracts are signed and covid compliance are met. - Help address and resolve any last minute crew, cast, and production changes/needs - Work alongside Resource Manager to identify and secure additional equipment, props, and items for production - Work alongside Producer and Distribution Coordinator to assist with marketing and distribution needs/tasks Start & End Date: Mid-May 2026 - August 2026 ( Last day or production ) Skills / Experience: production experience preferred; proven ability to organize, take lead on initiatives and projects, prioritize and resolve conflicts.
