Live Entertainment Lighting Supervisor

Position Overview: Six Flags Over Texas is seeking a skilled and driven Lighting Supervisor to lead lighting operations across multiple shows and venues within the park. This role oversees all lighting personnel, systems, and workflows, ensuring high-quality, consistent execution of entertainment offerings

What We’re Looking For:

· Extensive experience in live lighting production (theme parks, theater, concerts, or events)

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Advanced knowledge of lighting systems, control protocols, and programming

· Experience with large-scale or multi-venue operations

· Excellent organizational and communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience supervising teams of 10+ technicians

· Background in themed entertainment or high-volume show environments

· Familiarity with GrandMA, ETC, and networked lighting systems

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift 50 lbs

· Comfortable working at heights and outdoors

· Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
