Should be Tues-Thurs onsite, but due to limited agency space, it might be partially remote.

Job Title
Senior Video Editor
Overview
The Senior Video Editor creates compelling, story-driven video content and plays a key role in planning and executing video shoots. This role combines strong editorial judgment with hands-on production support to deliver polished, on-brand work.
Responsibilities
Edit high-quality video content that aligns with brand and creative objectives
Collaborate with writers, designers, and creative leadership to craft engaging visual stories
Shape narrative, pacing, and tone across interview-driven (talking head), documentary-style, and branded content
Ensure brand consistency and technical excellence across all deliverables
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines with creative quality
Stay current with editing techniques, production workflows, and emerging tools
Partner with creative and project managers to align on goals, timelines, and expectations
Lead by example through strong creative execution, communication, and collaboration
Support video shoots, including developing shot lists, lighting setups, and equipment needs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in video production, post-production, or an agency/creative environment
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects); experience with audio editing required
Familiarity with AI tools and/or 3D workflows is a plus
Strong portfolio demonstrating narrative storytelling, interview-driven (talking head) content, motion graphics, and typographic sensibility
Strong communication and organizational skills
