We need someone who understands how important sound is in reality television. From dialogue clarity to atmosphere and music balance, we want audio that feels polished and immersive for streaming platforms. Responsibilities Clean and mix dialogue from multi person reality scenes Reduce background noise and improve vocal clarity Balance music, sound effects, and ambient audio Sync and organize audio from multiple lavaliers and cameras Create smooth transitions between scenes and environments Help maintain consistent audio quality across episodes Deliver broadcast and streaming ready audio mixes Collaborate with editor and production team during post production Ideal Candidate Experience mixing reality TV, podcasts, interviews, docuseries, or film Strong understanding of dialogue cleanup and balancing multiple voices Skilled in Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, DaVinci Fairlight, or similar software Able to work with fast paced reality style footage Strong communication and quick turnaround time Detail oriented with a cinematic ear for emotion and energy Bonus If You Have Experience working with lav mic heavy productions Sound design experience Music mixing experience Reality TV or unscripted credits Experience creating immersive atmosphere and tension through sound
