un Production Assistant for Photography & Videography Shoots compensation: Starting at $75/day, dependent on gig and budget I am a independent media producer looking for a reliable and creative Production Assistant to assist on photography and videography shoots throughout Tampa, St. Pete, and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in media production and content creation. I will always provide any equipment necessary. The primary responsibility is assisting with production so I can stay focused on operating camera and directing shoots. Tasks may include: Assisting with lighting setup Holding reflectors/lights Helping set up equipment and gear Gimbal balancing/prep BTS content capture on phone or DJI Osmo Helping maintain organization during shoots Assisting with breakdown/load out after shoots You do NOT need years of experience, but you MUST be: - Reliable - Punctual - Calm under pressure - Professional with clients - Able to take direction quickly - Comfortable working evenings/weekends when needed BONUS if you: Have experience with cameras or lighting Understand basic photography/videography concepts Have worked events or portrait photography before Have reliable transportation Are interested in growing in the creative industry Most shoots are: Engagements/Weddings Events Music videos Brand shoots Social media content shoots Pay will vary depending on project length and responsibilities, with opportunity for consistent work as the brand expands.
