We are seeking six (6) passionate CAMERA OPERATORS for a live event production. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking to gain experience in live event broadcasting. Event Dates: May 22, 2026 (Friday) May 23, 2026 (Saturday) Priority Consideration: Applicants available for all event dates will be prioritized. Partial availability does not disqualify you from consideration. Simple Production Schedule: 5/22/2026 - Friday 09:00 ETGeneral Call Time 09:30 ETFAX Begins 11:00 ETEvent Begins 21:00 ETEstimated Crew Release 5/23/2026 - Saturday 09:00 ETGeneral Call Time 09:30 ETFAX Begins 11:00 ETEvent Begins 21:00 ETEstimated Crew Release Compensation is based on daily time on-site after your call time: - Half-day rate is $137.50 for each day worked under 5 hrs (ex. 9AM - 1PM = $137.50). - Full-day rate is $275.00 for each day worked over 5 hrs (ex. 9AM - 6PM = $275.00). - An additional $50 is added for every two hours worked over 10 hrs (ex. 9AM - 9PM = $325.00). - Parking expenses (with proper receipts) directly associated with this production will be reimbursed with your labor. We are firm on how and when our payment processing begins. All timesheets are due by the end of the month. All payment methods are mailed out/begin processing on the 4th day; in this case: JUNE 4th. There's no flexibility on these dates. Checks/cash will NOT be handed out on-site. Requirements: a) Your smartphone (with active cell service), a pair of headphones with a microphone, and any chargers. b) Your ability to complete a W-9 or W-8BEN form (unfortunately, F-1 visa students are ineligible). c) Your ability to lift, move, and stack at least 50 pounds. d) You must be OK with being compensated via USPS-mailed check (tracking numbers unavailable). - Direct deposit is available upon request. ACH payments post after 5 business days. Preferred Qualifications: - Availability for full-day work periods (NO PARTIAL DAYS). - Punctuality and strong communication skills. - Basic camera/video experience (preferred, but not required). - Knowledge of track and field/cross country (preferred, but not required). - Demo reel showcasing previous work (preferred, but not required). Additional Information: - Meals will be provided by event management or production on full days, but bring your own water bottle and snacks. - There is dedicated facility parking. If management does not give our crew parking validations, upload all your parking receipts to the portal and you'll be reimbursed on your check. - Camera operators are standing for most of the day. Portable, compact chairs are allowed if you have one. Chairs are not provided by the production or management. - Equipment is already set up on-site.
