Looking for someone experienced in building psychological tension, atmosphere, and unease through pacing, sound design, rhythm, and visual storytelling rather than relying heavily on traditional jump scares. The ideal editor understands emotionally driven horror and can help shape an eerie, immersive tone while emphasizing the film's themes of paranoia, emotional deterioration, emotional devastation, and distorted perception. Familiarity with subtle horror editing, suspense, pacing, emotionally intense scenes, and light VFX integration is preferred.
