Lighting Director

Must Have Live Conference Experience*

Lead lighting setup and overall room look for general sessions, panels, and stage environments

Experience building clean, professional lighting looks in hotel ballroom and live event settings

Comfortable working with house power, venue teams, and production crew during load-in/show days

Ability to program, troubleshoot, and adjust lighting quickly in fast-paced environments

Familiarity with uplighting, stage wash, keynote lighting, and basic cueing/playback workflows preferred

Experience with corporate events, conferences, and multicam environments strongly preferred

Must be professional, punctual, communicative, and team-oriented
