Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Sales & Production Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for
someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You
will be responsible for assisting customers, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and helping produce high-
quality print orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries, quotes, and order placement
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Support sales and local marketing initiatives (email campaigns, outreach, promotions)
Operate printing and finishing equipment (training provided)
Ensure quality control and timely delivery of all projects
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales or marketing experience preferred (but not required)
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Willingness to learn print production processes
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
