Who We're Hiring: We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Video Editor / Media Production Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for editing engaging and on-brand media content across podcasts, paid and organic social campaigns, testimonies, promotional videos, and short-form content. This position requires an expert eye for storytelling, strong technical editing abilities, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining brand standards. We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments, stays current with editing trends and social media best practices, and has a passion for producing visually compelling content that drives engagement and impact. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable balancing multiple projects while delivering high-quality creative assets across various platforms. Where We Are: Hybrid role with work-from-home availability on Thursdays if there is not a shoot Office and production-based collaboration environment What You'll Do: Edit on-brand videos and footage for podcasts, social media, testimonies, and promotional campaigns Create engaging visual stories optimized for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, paid ads, and emerging platforms Manage multiple video projects weekly from inception to completion Ensure all deadlines and post-production targets are met efficiently and accurately Apply color correction, audio editing, sound mixing, sound design, and motion graphics Repurpose existing content into highlights, promos, and short-form media Maintain visual consistency across all e3 and IAS media initiatives Stay current with editing tools, emerging trends, and best practices in digital storytelling Collaborate closely with team members and incorporate creative feedback effectively What We're Looking For: Must provide a digital portfolio and/or samples of past work May be asked to complete a filming test during the interview process Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) 3-5 years of professional video production and editing experience Strong hands-on experience with professional camera systems, lighting, grip, and audio capture Strong understanding of media production workflows and social media best practices Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io, Opus, and related tools Bonus experience with DaVinci Resolve and After Effects Comfortable working in a Mac-based production environment Photography experience is a plus Excellent organizational and project management skills Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines simultaneously Bonus if you have drone experience and FAA Part 107 certification (or willingness to obtain) Bonus if you have experience working within faith-based, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations Work Conditions: Hybrid work schedule Remote Thursdays when no shoot is scheduled Physical Demands: 90% sitting 10% standing Minimal bending, stooping, and lifting Apply here
