Recruit, equip, and care for production staff and volunteer teams. Maintain clear communication and alignment between central and campus teams. Support the planning and production of Sunday services and special events. Manage systems, processes, and resources that support service programming. Ensure environments are creative, technically excellent, and distraction-free.
