Production Associate

Production Associate needed for fast paced luxury knitwear apparel company located in midtown Manhattan. Assist in coordinating daily production operations from development to final delivery Support communication between design and sales Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation Track production timelines and ensure deadlines are met Organize and maintain production calendars, line plans, and tech packs Liaise with vendors, factories, and suppliers regarding orders and updates Monitor inventory levels Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout production stages Coordinate logistics for shipments, deliveries, and returns Maintain organized records of production data and vendor communications Support problem-solving for production delays or inconsistencies Assist in cost tracking and staying on target based on company needs Take on responsibilities to support cross-functional teams and business needs. Requirements: Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience. Excel a must. ERP - AIMS is a plus Salary: $75,000 - $90,000
