We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our production team. This position is ideal for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities:

Properly tape film on shirts (training provided)

Follow production schedules and job specifications accurately

Inspect materials and ensure quality standards are met

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Assist production team as needed

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail

Ability to distinguish colors easily

Ability to stand for the duration of the shift

Willingness to work overtime when needed

Positive attitude and dependable attendance

Production or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
