Executive Director of Worship and Production Christ Church at Grove Farm | Sewickley, PA We are in search of a driven leader for our worship and creative teams that will carry out all elements of church production from Sunday services to major events. This leader will be both a skilled technician and people builder that will elevate the worship service through storytelling, lighting, and technical execution. Classification: Full-Time, Exempt Reports to: Senior Pastor Overview of Role: Lead and equip volunteer and staff teams, maintain production systems, and ensure seamless integration of technology across Sundays, midweek services, and special events. Strives to fulfill his or her purpose in life and ministry, while demonstrating integrity in words, relationships and actions Oversee the creativity and development of videos and worship media. Collaborate with the team on graphics, social media, and other communications. Plan and execute worship services and sermon series with church leadership creating more opportunities for people to find intimacy with God Cross Department Collaboration Cultivate a culture of excellence, teamwork, and spiritual growth within the production ministry. Qualifications: A committed follower of Jesus, supportive of the church s doctrine and committed to teamwork. Proven experience in developing and leading teams in a church environment Experience in live production, A/V systems, stage lighting, and video production, Pro Presenter etc. Skillset in MAC/PC platforms and familiar with web tools (HTML, CSS, podcasts).
