You run the whole machine across all three shows, simultaneously. Access All Areas. After Dark. The One Percent. All yours. This is a Vice News vibe and workflow: fast, lean, always moving. You're fantastic at logistics. Super quick turnaround is non-negotiable. At any given moment you are managing multiple shoots and multiple edits, and you never lose the thread. You own the budget, full stop. And if you can also shoot and edit that's a massive plus.

WHAT YOU'LL DO - Oversee all production and post-production across three concurrent series at once - Manage multiple shoots and multiple edits running at any given time - Own the budget track every dollar, approve overages, protect the margin - Drive super quick turnarounds and hold the team to aggressive delivery schedules - Maintain creative vision and story standards across all episodes and all shows - Be the primary voice in network and streamer relationships - Problem-solve in real time locations fall through, subjects cancel, deadlines don't move - Build a high-performance team culture built on speed, trust, and quality

WHAT YOU BRING - Proven Show Producer or Senior EP experience on fast-turnaround unscripted or documentary series - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously this is the job - Strong budget ownership experience, not just awareness - Fantastic at logistics you make complicated things look simple - Deep storytelling instincts with high standards for what makes a great episode - Shoot and/or edit experience is a significant advantage - Comfortable operating in a Vice News-style embedded workflow - Network-ready: polished, credible, and effective in executive relationships
