Coffee Production & Operations Associate - Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

Addictive Coffee is a fast growing coffee compang in the SF Bay Area, serving innovative tech companies, offices, and coffee lovers throughout Northern California. Were looking for a reliable, positive, and hardworking team member who enjoys staying busy and wants to help build an exciting coffee brand.
This is a hands-on role that includes coffee production, warehouse organization, deliveries, and supporting events throughout the Bay Area. No two days are exactly the same, so were looking for someone with a great attitude who is willing to jump in wherever needed.
Responsibilities
* Package and label roasted coffee for wholesale and direct-to-consumer orders
* Assist with cold brew production and preparation
* Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
* Make deliveries and run operational errands throughout the Bay Area
* Support coffee tastings, pop-ups, and events
* Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as needed
Qualifications
* Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Detail-oriented and able to follow processes
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Valid drivers license and clean driving record
* Able to regularly lift and move up to 40 lbs
* Strong verbal communication skills
* Customer service experience is a plus
* Interest in coffee, food & beverage, or hospitality is preferred

Pay: $18.00$22.00 per hour (DOE)
