Staff Transmission Engineer

The team is seeking a Staff Overhead Transmission Line Engineer to support continued growth across its Transmission & Distribution portfolio. Key responsibilities include: Lead and support engineering design for overhead transmission line projects Perform PLS-CADD modeling, line routing, and structure analysis Develop loading trees, design criteria, and sag-tension calculations Conduct wire blowout, swing angle, and clearance studies Support structure spotting and material/hardware selection Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates Assist with field installation support as needed This role also includes mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team development. There is a clear path toward stepping into a leadership position, including client-facing responsibilities and technical oversight of projects.
