You are organized. You thrive in a fast and furious workflow. You are resourceful at archive and that doesn't just mean finding clips. It means organizing archive inside the edit so it's immediately usable. It means tracking costs. You assist all producer/editors and producer/shooters simultaneously, keeping everyone moving. If you can shoot second cam and assist in the edit, that is a huge plus.

WHAT YOU'LL DO - Research and license archival footage, photos, and documents across all three series - Organize archive inside the edit ingest, label, log, and make it immediately usable - Track archive licensing costs and keep spend accountable across productions - Assist all producer/editors and producer/shooters keep everyone moving - Support pre-production: research, scheduling, logistics - Shoot second camera in the field when needed - Assist in the edit selects, assembly, logging, whatever it takes - Help maintain a fast and furious workflow so no one is ever waiting

WHAT YOU BRING - Organized genuinely, deeply organized in a fast and furious production environment - Resourceful at archive: not just finding clips but making them useful inside the edit - Able to track costs and manage archive budgets across multiple productions - Solid AP background on fast-turnaround unscripted or documentary productions - Can shoot second cam at a professional level a strong plus - Can assist in the edit bay selects, logging, assembly - Comfortable supporting multiple producers and editors simultaneously - Thrives in high-volume, multi-project chaos without losing organizational control
