We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Associate Producer (AP) to join the field team on an exciting ensemble reality television series filming in Florida.
This position is ideal for someone with strong reality TV field experience who thrives in fast-paced environments, has exceptional people skills, and understands how to support compelling story while helping keep production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Support Field Producers with day-to-day management of ensemble cast and story coverage
Track cast dynamics, relationships, conflict, and emerging storylines in real time
Conduct pre-interviews and maintain ongoing communication with cast to identify story opportunities and developments
Take detailed field notes documenting scene action, dialogue highlights, emotional moments, and story developments.
Prepare detailed hot sheets and story updates for production and post teams
Help maintain scene continuity by tracking wardrobe, props, timing, and participant positioning where necessary.
Help facilitate scenes, conversations, and cast logistics while maintaining authentic storytelling
Assist with planning and executing field shoots, group scenes, events, and excursions
Coordinate with Production Management, camera, and audio teams to support efficient filming operations
Ensure talent paperwork, appearance and location releases, and production requirements are completed and communicated when necessary.
Monitor schedules, talent readiness, and location logistics throughout production days
Build strong, professional relationships with cast members while maintaining production boundaries and confidentiality.
Previous experience as an Associate Producer, Field AP, or similar role on reality television series required.
Florida local or willingness to work as a local hire strongly preferred
