Blanq Is hiring a Custom Apparel Production Associate / Junior Level Floor Technician

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm ( Weekend work upon request/ or as needed)

Compensation: $14/hr to start with the possibility of bonuses

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional Floor Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our fast growing business is able to meet demand as we approach our peak season. Your main tasks entail loading socks onto the printing machine, adding a fun design, inspection and shipping. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality custom socks to our clients in a fun fast paced environment.

Duties:

Perform light cleaning

Complete work assignments in a timely manner and meet quotas.

Operate and maintain all equipment correctly and safely

Observe safety precautions at all times

Ability to stay self motivated and work independently

Report safety hazards as appropriate

Punctuality, arriving on time and ready to begin duties

Organizing and packaging orders

Quality control inspections

Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement meetings.

Qualifications

Previous experience in screen printing, sublimation, embroidery or custom apparel is highly preferred. But, we are happy to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Required:

No previous work experience in custom apparel is required as we provide full training!!

Attention to detail

Must be able to withstand long periods of walking and or standing, light lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling as required to complete your daily duties.

Good communication skills

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
