We are currently in an early growth phase and are looking for the right Account Executive to help build the client side of the business from the ground floor.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to help drive business development, relationship building, lead generation, and client acquisition for Luminesce Media.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Understands relationship-based sales
Is entrepreneurial and self-directed
Has confidence speaking with business owners and decision makers
Enjoys building something long term
Wants meaningful upside potential instead of a capped salary structure
The ideal candidate understands how to build trust, communicate value, identify opportunities, and create long-term partnerships in industries where presentation, branding, and storytelling matter.
You will work directly with the founder to help grow the companys commercial presence and outbound strategy.

Build relationships with:

oCorporate leadership teams

oArtists and entertainment clients
Conduct outreach via:

oPhone
oNetworking
oStrategic introductions
Help generate:
oCommercial projects
oRetainer relationships
oBrand campaigns
oCorporate storytelling engagements
oSocial content retainers
oMusic video opportunities
Manage pipeline activity and follow-up
Coordinate meetings and discovery calls
Help refine outreach strategy and sales systems
Represent the company professionally and confidently
