We are looking for a highly organized, results-oriented individual with extensive experience managing design deliverables in a software product team and/or with a creative agency.

Description In this role you will be responsible for supporting a team of designers who craft the UI for Apple software experiences and ensure the timely delivery of design deliverables. As the producer, you will strategically drive design development by being highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and perceptive.You will manage and track the day-to-day progress of the design team, and work to ensure that roadblocks are removed and all open issues are resolved.You will collaborate and negotiate with cross-functional partners across the organization to define priorities, align schedules, navigate the approval process, and drive decision-making.You will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the feature and product development lifecycle from early concepts and requirements definition through execution, review, and delivery and use that understanding to anticipate dependencies, surface risks early, and keep the team aligned at every stage.You will coordinate and drive cross-functional reviews, take detailed notes, and communicate results and next steps back to key stakeholders.A successful Producer communicates with ease at all levels, is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts and leads through relationships and influence.You will stay detailed down to the granular level, while maintaining a high level perspective of the project at hand.
