What This Role Actually Is

You will be responsible for finding, developing, and closing your own business.

That means:

  • Prospecting local businesses (in person, phone, and outreach)
  • Running discovery meetings and presenting solutions
  • Following a proven sales system we train you onstep by step
  • Building a pipeline you control

This is a hunter role. If you need leads handed to you, you will struggle here.

First 612 months:

  • Running 5+ face-to-face client meetings per week
  • Building and closing multiple accounts using our system
  • Confidently presenting using our structured approach
  • Increasing income through performance
