Production Supervisor** **Job Description** Join a leading manufacturer of German auto parts as a Production Supervisor for the third shift. You will oversee the team responsible for loading parts onto machines and conducting basic inspections. This role involves working in a production environment where the same parts are run repeatedly. **Responsibilities** + Manage and supervise the team loading parts onto machines. + Conduct basic inspections of parts after they are machined. + Ensure consistent production quality and efficiency. + Coordinate with other shifts to maintain seamless operations. **Essential Skills** + Experience as a production supervisor. + Familiarity with manufacturing processes. + Proficiency with CNC operations, machine operation, and blueprint reading. + Knowledge of quality inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a machine shop is a plus. + Ability to operate mills, lathes, industrial saws, press brakes, and press operators. + Familiarity with Fanuc and Microm. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working with a large employer that offers ample opportunities for growth.
