Our client, a global leader in software, hardware, and cloud-based services, is seeking a **Production Supervisor** to join their team. As a **Production Supervisor** , you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations department supporting remote production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Remote (Must be PST or MST)

Pay Range: $70$75/hour

Terms: 40 hours/week

Whats the Job?

Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency

Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues

Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems

Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personnel grievances

Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products

Whats Needed?

Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques

Familiarity with machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance

Understanding of design techniques and tools used in technical plans, blueprints, and models
