Summary:Responsible for picking and processing customer orders in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements.Job Duties:
Comply with all hazardous waste regulations
Pick, pack & process domestic shipments into PaceJet/Syteline ERP system, as well as using RF Smart for the AX ERP system.Process shipments through UPS and FedEx shipping software/systemEnsure customer specified labeling requirements are executed i.e. Amazon, Grainger, DFASProcess ASNs to customersProcess hazardous material shipments domestic via DOT, IATA (Air) and IMO (Ocean)Work with Customer Service to resolve issues on customer orders, for shipment requests, samples and ensure special instructions for orders are executedMaintain and file all shipping paperwork ensuring import and export documents are filed in accordance with US Customs regulations.Support warehouse and distribution initiatives.Assist in any special projects.
Assists with obtaining of freight quotes for sales requests when requiredOther duties as assigned or required
Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Some shipping or warehouse experience preferred.
