The student will collaborate with video producers and editors to develop music that reflects the artistic excellence and musical culture of St. Olaf. Responsibilities include composing music for video projects, building and organizing a departmental music library, and creating sound branding elements such as sonic logos and audio identities. This role provides hands-on experience in music production, creative collaboration, and storytelling through sound. Experience with digital audio workstations is preferred. Candidates should be creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating within a team environment. Experience creating music for video, film, podcasts, games, or other media projects is beneficial.
