Job Title: Production Associate - 1st Shift

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $14-$15/hour

Position Summary

We are looking for a Production Associate to help print and pack apparel in our warehouse. This is an entry-level role-no experience is required. You will work with a team to print designs on shirts and other clothing items, ensuring each product meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Print logos and designs on shirts and other apparel using production machines
• Pack and unpack finished items carefully to prevent damage
• Apply labels to products as needed
• Assist with basic machine setup and simple adjustments
• Follow instructions and quality guidelines to ensure accurate production
• Work safely with inks and materials that may have strong smells
• Help keep the work area clean and organized

Additional Information

Production Associates must be flexible and willing to move between departments and tasks based on seasonal demand and operational needs. This role includes both printing and packing tasks. You may move between different duties based on business needs.
