Produces technical training video content by planning, filming, editing, and managing production workflows aligned to course objectives and delivery priorities. Job Requirements 2-5+ years of experience in videography, video editing, or media production

Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software

Experience managing multiple projects in a structured production environment

Ability to perform essential job functions safely and effectively while meeting productivity and attendance standards

Ability to work in conditions involving prolonged sitting, extensive computer use, and extended standing, bending, and walking

Preferred Skills Experience producing instructional content

Experience producing technical training content

Experience managing full video production workflows

Experience with production scheduling

Experience supporting cost estimation, including BOE and EAC tracking

Experience incorporating stakeholder feedback into media deliverables

Job Responsibilities Plan, film, and edit technical training videos, including demonstrations and instructor-led content

Manage the full video production process, including setup, audio, lighting, and post-production

Align video content with training objectives and organize materials into structured components

Develop and manage production schedules to meet training priorities and deadlines

Support cost estimation and track production effort against expectations

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and incorporate feedback into final video content
